Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay per coach?
No. You can add unlimited coaches, assistants, or collaborators at no extra cost. Pricing is based entirely on the number of active clients.
What counts as an active client?
Any client marked as Active, Interviewing, or In-Program. Archived or graduated clients do not count toward plan limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade as I grow?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply next billing cycle.
Will anything break if I exceed a plan limit?
No. You simply won't be able to add new active clients until upgrading.
Is there a contract?
No long-term commitments. Plans are monthly with an annual discount option.
Do you offer migration support?
Yes. Growth and Transformation plans include optional migration help from tools like Notion, Excel, or Airtable. Transformation plans include full white-glove onboarding.
What happens after the trial ends?
You'll choose a plan. Your data stays intact whether you subscribe or pause.
Are AI features optional?
Yes. AI can be turned on/off per coach or per client.
